We cannot afford to have people believe unscientific claims of health risks of vaccines when studies have shown that vaccines are safe, effective and prevent death.

 

We believe knowledge is power. We are Vaccine Ambassadors, an initiative to educate other school students on the various aspects of vaccinology, from concept to deployment. With expert guidance from Dr. Teena Chopra, Medical Director of Infection Prevention, Wayne State University School of Medicine and her staff, the Vaccine Ambassador initiative is about students taking the message of vaccine safety and efficacy across our high schools.

 

Our eventual goal is to expand to all schools in the state of Michigan and nationally, conducting virtual seminars on vaccine education, providing guidance and public service messages endorsed by the CDC.

 

Join us as a Vaccine Ambassador and train to spread this vital public health message. We offer 4-hour weekend classes to any interested in this cause. We provide promotional material to use at your school. Help lead this initiative that can protect Detroit, protecting our loved ones and each other from the devastation of a future pandemic.
